Barb Moran

Barb graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Government. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from American Public University.  She has over 30 years of administrative experience working for several local non-profits and political organizations in the Harrisburg area.  Barb joined the staff at Antrim in the Spring of 2024.  She and her husband Tim live in Chambersburg and are the parents of two grown children, Britney and Connor.
